Planning Your Wedding at Granite

The very first step to planning your wedding at Granite United Church is to fill out our Wedding Request Form at the bottom of this page. This form will let you know of all the requirements for getting married at Granite, Capture the details of this special day, as well as give you a chance to request a specific date and time.

The Granite United Wedding Coordinator will contact you to confirm your date and time as soon as the date is verified to be compatible with other events on the church calendar.

IMPORTANT - Until you have received confirmation on the availability of your date DIRECTLY from our Wedding Coordinator please do not proceed with any date specific planning.

There will be approximately 2 meetings with the Wedding Coordinator:

The first meeting will be scheduled 2 months prior to your ceremony to gather basic contact information and to view the site of the wedding ceremony. Also at this meeting, additional forms are completed by the Wedding Coordinator that discuss the specific details of your wedding and bridal party, and your family information. These forms are necessary in order to properly conduct the Wedding Rehearsal.

The second meeting is the day of your Wedding Rehearsal to review details.

On-Site Weddings

Weddings at our Salem Campus can be scheduled on Fridays after 6, Saturday before 11 and Sunday after 2.

Receptions at our Salem Campus can be scheduled Sundays after 2 depending on calendar availability.

Weddings at our Haverhill Campus can be scheduled on Fridays after 6, Saturdays and Sunday after 2.

Receptions at our Haverhill Campus can be scheduled Saturday and Sundays based on calendar availability. Receptions at the Haverhill Campus is limited to a small number of tables in the cafe and a standing cocktail reception in the foyer.

All weddings at one of our locations are subject to calendar availability. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.

Wedding Fees

There is a $275 Wedding Fee that includes a $125 Wedding Coordinator Fee, $75 Building Fee (Auditorium), $75 Media/Sound Fee.

The Wedding Fee for offsite ceremonies is $125. If your venue is over 1 hour away from the Salem Campus, it is subject to an additional fee for travel.

There is an addition $100 Building Fee for use of the Student Center
